Steps
- Step 1
Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan, add 1/2 tsp jeera and let it splutter.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp of each grated ginger, garlic, green chilli paste and saute
- Step 3
Add chopped 1/3 cup chopped palak, 2 tbsp sweet corn, and salt for taste
- Step 4
Cook for 23 minutes until the spinach wilts and the mixture is dry.
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding lemon juice
- Step 6
Turn off the heat and mix in the grated paneer. Set aside to cool.
- Step 7
In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup ragi flour, 2 tbsp wheat flour and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 8
Gradually add water and knead to a soft dough
- Step 9
Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Step 10
Divide the dough into two portions. Roll out each portion into a thin roti.
- Step 11
Heat a tawa, and cook the roti on both sides using butter until light brown spots appear.
- Step 12
Place the filling in the center of a cooked roti and top it up with chopped onions
- Step 13
Fold the edges to form a roll.
- Step 14
Serve the Ragi Paneer Palak Frankie warm with chutney or yogurt on the side.
