Wheat Onion Pakoda Recipe

1/4 Tsp(0.38 gm) Dhania

1/4 Tsp(0.58 gm) Ajwain

1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly(Powder)

1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi

For Frying(8.0 ml) Oil

  • In a bowl, add 1/4th cup wheat flour, 1/8th cup rice flour, 1/4th tsp ajwain, 1/4th tsp dhania, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tbsp coriander leaves, 1/2 cup chopped onion, water and mix well.

  • Heat oil for frying

  • Put small portions of dough in oil and fry till golden brown.
