  • In a bowl, add 1/4 cup wheat flour, 1/8 cup rice flour, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp dhania, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp coriander leaves, 1/2 cup chopped onion, water and mix well.

  • Heat oil for frying

  • Put small portions of dough in oil and fry till golden brown.
