3 Tbsp(31.0 gm) Jaggery Powder

4 Tbsp(61.0 gm) Ghee
  • In a pan, heat 2 tbsp ghee.

  • When ghee melts, add 1 tbsp chopped almond, 1 tbsp chopped cashewnut and roast till they turn golden brown and keep aside.

  • In the same pan, melt 1.5 tbsp ghee.

  • Roast 1/2 cup wheat flour in the ghee until it turns brown.

  • To this mixture, add 3 tbsp jaggery powder, roasted nuts and mix well.

  • Shape the mixture into round ladoos.

  • Ladoos are ready to serve.
