Wheat Flour Ladoo Recipe

Ladoos come in various combinations of ingredients. Wheat ladoos made with dried fruits, wheat flour and sugar or jaggery make a perfect high energy and protein rich snack option.

1/2 Cup(73.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Almond (Chopped)
1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Cashewnut (Chopped)
3 Tbsp(31.0 gm) Jaggery Powder
4 Tbsp(61.0 gm) Ghee
  • In a kadhai, heat 1/2 tbsp ghee.

  • When ghee melts, add 1 tbsp chopped almond, 1 tbsp chopped cashewnut and roast till they turn golden brown and keep aside.

  • In the same kadhai, melt 1.5 tbsp ghee.

  • Roast 1/2 cup wheat flour in the ghee until it turns brown.

  • To this mixture, add 3 tbsp jaggery powder, roasted nuts and mix well.

  • Shape the mixture into round ladoos.

  • Serve.
