Ladoos come in various combinations of ingredients. Wheat ladoos made with dried fruits, wheat flour and sugar or jaggery make a perfect high energy and protein rich snack option.
In a kadhai, heat 1/2 tbsp ghee.
When ghee melts, add 1 tbsp chopped almond, 1 tbsp chopped cashewnut and roast till they turn golden brown and keep aside.
In the same kadhai, melt 1.5 tbsp ghee.
Roast 1/2 cup wheat flour in the ghee until it turns brown.
To this mixture, add 3 tbsp jaggery powder, roasted nuts and mix well.
Shape the mixture into round ladoos.
