Simple Indian dessert, wheat halwa is made with 3 basic ingredients- wheat flour, sugar and ghee. It's best enjoyed warm.
Heat 2 tbsp ghee.
Add 1/2 cup wheat flour and mix it well.
Add 1/2 cup milk, cook till all the milk get absorbed.
Then add 3 tbsp powdered sugar and mix it well. Remove it in a plate.
Sprinkle 1 tsp green cardamom powder and serve it hot.
