Wheat Halwa With Sugar Recipe

Simple Indian dessert, wheat halwa is made with 3 basic ingredients- wheat flour, sugar and ghee. It's best enjoyed warm.

1/2 Cup(73.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
0.13 Powder Tsp(0.25 gm) Green Elaichi
3.0 Tbsp(39.0 gm) Sugar
2.0 Tbsp(30.0 gm) Ghee
  • Heat 2 tbsp ghee.

  • Add 1/2 cup wheat flour and mix it well.

  • Add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, cook till all the Nestlé A+ Milk get absorbed.

  • Then add 3 tbsp powdered sugar and mix it well. Remove it in a plate.

  • Sprinkle 1 tsp green cardamom powder and serve it hot.
