A wholesome and simple fulfilling tasty snack made with healthy ingredients.
In a pan, heat 1 tsp coconut oil, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute it.
Add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, mix well. Switch off the flame and let it cool down.
Add 4 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8th tsp salt and mix well.
Add warm water little by little and knead till a smooth dough is formed. The dough will be slightly sticky.
Grease a banana leaf or butter paper with oil.
Take a medium sized ball and place it on the greased sheet.Flatten it.
Pat it evenly with your fingers till its thin.
Heat a griddle, brush it with coconut oil and carefully add the ragi adai.
Roast it on both the sides til light brown.
