- Step 1 In a bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and water to form a smooth batter and mix well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 3 Heat a tawa and pour a ladle of dosa batter.
- Step 4 Spread the batter evenly and roast it with 1.5 tsp oil.
- Step 5 Add 1 tsp grated coconut, flip, and roast it from another side.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
