1/2 Tsp(0.45 ml) Lemon Juice

1/4 Tsp(0.22 gm) Salt

As Required(3.0 ml) Water

2 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)

1.5 Tbsp(38.0 gm) Cucumber(Grated)

1 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Fresh Coconut(Grated)

1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

As Required(50.0 ml) Water
  • For the dosa

    In a bowl, add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp grated cucumber, 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut and enough water

  • Mix it till a smooth consistancy

  • Heat a pan, add 1 tsp ghee

  • Pour and spread a paddle of the batter

  • Roast it well

  • Flip the dosa and roast evenly.

  • Serve it with mint coriander chutney.

  • In a mixie jar, add 1/2 cup chopped pudina

  • add 1/4th cup chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp green chilli paste and enough water

  • Grind and make the chutney
