For Dosa
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 2 tbsp grated cucumber, 1 tbsp grated
- Step 2 fresh coconut, 1/4 tsp salt and required water.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 4 Mix it till a smooth consistancy.
- Step 5 Heat a pan, add 1 tsp ghee.Pour and spread a the batter. Roast it well.
- Step 6 Flip the dosa and roast evenly on both sides
- Step 7 Serve it with mint coriander chutney.

For Chutney
- Step 1 In a mixer jar, add 1/8 cup chopped pudina, 1/8 cup chopped coriander leaves,1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp lemon juice,1/4 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste and required water.
- Step 2 Blend all together and make smooth chutney.
- Step 3 Serve Hot
