For the dosa
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp grated cucumber, 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1/4th tsp salt and enough water
Mix it till a smooth consistancy
Heat a pan, add 1 tsp ghee
Pour and spread a paddle of the batter
Roast it well
Flip the dosa and roast evenly.
Serve it with mint coriander chutney.

add 1/4th cup chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp green chilli paste and enough water
