1.5 Tsp(6.0 gm) Butter
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1 Chopped Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato
1 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper

1/4 Chopped Tsp(0.62 gm) Garlic
1/4 Tsp(0.48 gm) Chaat Masala
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(1.0 ml) Olive Oil

  • Heat oil and then garlic and next saute chopped tomatoes into it.

  • At this point add the sprouts and cook for few seconds

  • Once they are done add cottage cheese and cumin powder and mix.

  • Add salt, black pepper, coriander leaves and mix well.

  • Now take it off the flame and add grated egg white and chat masala and mix well.

  • Now layer a tomato slice and then this mixture and close the sandwich and cook on dry pan.

  • Serve it chutney and enjoy the power breakfast.
