Heat oil and then garlic and next saute chopped tomatoes into it.
At this point add the sprouts and cook for few seconds
Once they are done add cottage cheese and cumin powder and mix.
Add salt, black pepper, coriander leaves and mix well.
Now take it off the flame and add grated egg white and chat masala and mix well.
Now layer a tomato slice and then this mixture and close the sandwich and cook on dry pan.
Serve it chutney and enjoy the power breakfast.
