Steps
- Step 1 In a bowl add 5 tbsp wheat flour, 1/2 tsp ghee, 1/8 tsp salt
- Step 2 Sprinkle 1/8 tsp sesame seeds
- Step 3 Add water and knead a little hard dough
- Step 4 Roll into ball, press and roll it into round shape
- Step 5 Heat tawa, place the bhakri and smear 1/2 tsp ghee
- Step 6 Roast the bhakri on both sides evenly by pressing it gently with a wooden press till crispy and golden brown
- Step 7 Serve hot
