A round golden crisp flattened savory bread that is common among Gujarati and Maharashtrian families. It tastes best with everything - sabzi, Nestlé A+ Curd or just pickle. A very fulfilling finger food to curb your little ones hunger.
In a bowl add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1/2 tsp ghee, 1/8 tsp salt.
Sprinkle 1/8 tsp sesame seeds.
Add water and knead a little hard dough.
Roll into ball, press and roll it into round shape.
Heat tawa, place the bhakri and smear 1/2 tsp ghee.
Roast the bhakri on both sides evenly by pressing it gently with a wooden press till crispy and golden brown.
