- Step 1 Heat a pan with 2 tbsp ghee, add 1/4 cup besan and 1/4 cup wheat flour
- Step 2 Mix and roast until light brown.
- Step 3 Turn off the heat, allow it to cool a little.
- Step 4 Add 2 tbsp sugar powder, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder, 8 stands of kesar and mix everything.
- Step 5 Transfer it to a greased tray
- Step 6 Add 2 tsp chopped almond, 2 tsp chopped pista and gently press it
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mixed nuts
- Step 8 Allow it to set for a while
- Step 9 Cut it into squares
- Step 10 Serve it.
