In a pan, heat 2 tbsp ghee, add 1/4th cup besan, 1/4th cup wheat flour
Mix till it thickens
Stir continuously to avoid any lumps formed
Roast till the aroma comes
Switch of the heat
allow it to cool a bit but let it be still warm
Add 2 tbsp sugar powder, 1/8th tsp green elaichi powder and a few kesar strands
Mix till it softens
Transfer it to a greased tray
Add 2 tsp chopped almond, 2 tsp chopped pista and gently press it
Allow it to set for a while
Cut it into squares
Serve it.
