Watermelon Salsa Recipe

Beat the heat with a quick replacement to dips and ketchups. Use it as an accompaniment to rotis, parathas, french fries, chips. A low fat, low calorie fruity dip packed with vitamins and minerals, a perfect accompaniment for any dish.

1/2 Cup(79.0 gm) Watermelon (Chopped)

1 Tsp(0.76 gm) Pudina (Chopped)

1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Cucumber (Chopped)

1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato (Chopped)

1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Lemon Juice

1/8 Tsp(0.36 gm) Black Pepper Powder

1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
  • In a bowl add 1/2 cup chopped watermelon, add 1 tbsp chopped cucumber, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tsp chopped pudina and 1/2 tsp lemon juice.

  • Sprinkle 1/8th tsp crushed black pepper and mix well.

  • Finally season with 1/8th tsp salt and mix again.

  • Serve chilled.
