Steps
- Step 1
Take a kadhai and heat 1 tsp oil
- Step 2
Add 1/4th tsp rai, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/8th tsp hing and saute well.
- Step 3
Add 3/4th cup diced watermelon white.
- Step 4
Add 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilly powder and 1/4th tsp turmeric powder. Mix well.
- Step 5
Add a little water, cover and allow it to cook well.
- Step 6
Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7
Serve hot with chapatti.
