Watermelon is an surprisingly tasty vegetable. The green or the rind of the watermelon is rich in vitamin A and C and full of antioxidants. Make everyday meal interesting!
Take a kadhai and heat 1 tsp oil
Add 1/4th tsp rai, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/8th tsp hing and saute well.
Add 3/4th cup diced watermelon white.
Add 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilly powder and 1/4th tsp turmeric powder. Mix well.
Add a little water, cover and allow it to cook well.
Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot with chapatti.
