- Step 1 Heat a kadhai with 2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp hing and saute
- Step 2 Add 2/3 cup diced watermelon and mix well
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chili powder and 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and a little water
- Step 4 Cover and cook until soft
- Step 5 Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 7 Serve hot with chapati.
