Watermelon Cucumber Cooler With Coconut Milk Without Sugar Recipe

A cooling, summer time beverage without aerated drinks or carbonated beverages made with fresh fruits is the watermelon cucumber cooler.

1/2 Diced Cup(77.0 gm) Watermelon
0.13 Diced Cup(18.0 gm) Cucumber
1/4 Cup(36.0 ml) Coconut Milk
2.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Pudina
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Basil Seeds
0.13 Tsp(0.65 gm) Black Salt
20.0 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
  • In a blender jar, add 1/2 cup chopped watermelon, 1/4 cup chopped cucumber, 2 tsp chopped pudina, 1/4 cup coconut milk, 1/8 tsp black salt and blend well.

  • Add soaked basil seeds and serve a chilled cooler as a healthy beverage option.
