Watermelon Cucumber Cooler With Coconut Milk Without Sugar Recipe

A cooling, summertime beverage without aerated drinks or carbonated beverages made with fresh fruits is the watermelon cucumber cooler.

1/4 Cup(36.0 ml) Coconut Milk

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Basil Seeds

1/8 Tsp(0.65 gm) Black Salt
  • Prepreparation

    Soak 1/2 tsp basil seeds for 10 minutes.

  • For cooler

    In a blender jar, add 1/2 cup chopped watermelon, 1/4th cup chopped cucumber, 2 tsp chopped pudina leaves, 1/4th cup coconut milk, 1/8th tsp black salt and blend well.

  • Add 1/2 tsp soaked basil seeds and serve a chilled cooler as a healthy beverage option.
