Steps
- Step 1
Take a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp julienne cabbage, 2 tbsp grated carrot, 3 tbsp chopped capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp chopped onion, boiled sweet corn, 1/2 cup diced watermelon and mix well.
- Step 2
To this mix, further add 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp vinegar and 1/4th tsp black pepper powder.
- Step 3
Making sure all the ingredients are evenly mixed, scoop out a single portion on a serving plate.
