Steps
- Step 1
Heat 1 tsp ghee, aud chopped chestnut and roast until crispy.
- Step 2
Transfer in a mixing bowl and add 1/8th tsp grated ginger to it.
- Step 3
Add 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Curd and to balance the flavour add 1/4th tsp dry mango powder.
- Step 4
Mix well and serve as an accompaniment.
