Warm Roasted Beet Salad Recipe

A fibrous, colourful, and full of antioxidants salad is perfect for tiffin lunch. Its tangy, delicious and rich in vitamin C.

1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Carrot
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Coconut Oil
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Lemon Juice
2 Chopped Tbsp(25.0 gm) Tomato
3 Grated Tbsp(24.0 gm) Beet Root
  • Heat 1 tsp Coconut oil and add 3 tbsp grated beetroot, 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes, 1 tbsp chopped carrot.

  • Season with 1/8th tsp salt and 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1/4th tsp black pepper powder.

  • Saute all the ingredients well.

  • Sprinkle some white sesame seeds for a nutritional twist.
