3 Grated Tbsp(24.0 gm) Beet Root
Heat 1 tsp Coconut oil and add 3 tbsp grated beetroot, 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes, 1 tbsp chopped carrot.
Season with 1/8th tsp salt and 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1/4th tsp black pepper powder.
Saute all the ingredients well.
