Walnut Stuffed Gulab Jamun is a very delicious recipe. It's with a pista so it is very high in Protein. It's good for kids they love this dessert.
In a pan heat 1/4 tsp oil ,add into the 2 tsp chopped walnuts,1/8 tsp cinnamon powder.
Saute it well.
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk powder, 1 tbsp maida, 4 tbsp khoa, 1/2 tsp ghee, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and mix together.
Knead the dough and make small balls out of it then flatten it and stuff walnut stuffing and make smooth round shape balls.
In a frying pan add oil.
Fry Prepared gulab jamun.
Fry till it turns slightly golden in colour.
For Sugar Syrup
In a Pan add water as required, 3 tbsp Sugar, 1 green elaichi. Boil till it thickens.
Allow it to slightly cool.
Add the prepared gulab jamun in the sugar syrup.
Soak for few minutes.
Remove from sugar syrup.
