1/4 Tsp(0.83 ml) Oil
1/8 Tsp(0.26 gm) Cinnamon
2 Chopped Tsp(5.0 gm) Walnut
45 Ml(45.0 ml) Water
2 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Ghee
1 Number(0.23 gm) Green Elaichi
1 Tbsp(11.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
2 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Maida
4 Tbsp(39.0 gm) Khoa
3 Tbsp(39.0 gm) Sugar
2 Tbsp(17.0 gm) Milk Powder
  • For Stuffing

    In a pan heat 1/4 tsp oil ,add into the 2 tsp chopped walnuts,1/8 tsp cinnamon powder.

  • Saute it well.

  • For Dough

    In a bowl, add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk powder, 1 tbsp maida, 4 tbsp khoa, 1/2 tsp ghee, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and mix together.

  • Knead the dough and make small balls out of it then flatten it and stuff walnut stuffing and make smooth round shape balls.

  • In a frying pan add oil.

  • Fry Prepared gulab jamun.

  • Fry till it turns slightly golden in colour.

  • For Sugar Syrup

    In a Pan add water as required, 3 tbsp Sugar, 1 green elaichi. Boil till it thickens.

  • Allow it to slightly cool.

  • Add the prepared gulab jamun in the sugar syrup.

  • Soak for few minutes.

  • Remove from sugar syrup.

  • Serve.
