- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp sugar powder and whisk it well.
- Step 2 Add 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/8 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 cup maida, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 3 Pour 1/3 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and 1 tbsp chopped walnuts.
- Step 4 Cut and fold the mixture gently.
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding pumpkin seeds.
- Step 6 Brush a tin with little oil and pour batter evenly.
- Step 7 Preheat the oven at 180 degree celsius and bake at 180 for 25 mins.
- Step 8 Once done, allow it to cool down.
- Step 9 Slice and enjoy the delicious walnut cake.
