Prepare Litchi Syrup By Cooking 25 gm Chopped Litchi and 1 tbsp Sugar
Squeeze and collect ginger juice from 1 tbsp grated ginger.
Muddle ginger juice, 1 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp mint leaves, 3 basil leaves, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 25 gm chopped litchi, and 1/8th tsp pink salt in a glass with the back of a spoon or a muddler until the basil and lychees are crushed a bit. Say for 30 seconds.
Add 3 ice cubes, prepared litchi syrup, and pour 1 cup sparkling water on top.
Stir in the ingredient and serve chilled.
