- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1 tsp ghee, add 1 green elaichi, 1 tbsp raisins, 1/2 tbsp chopped almonds, 1/2 tbsp chopped cashewnuts and roast lightly.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 cup wheat vermicelli and mix well.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 cup skimmed milk, saffron water made by soaking 1 tsp saffron in little warm water, 1 tbsp sugar and allow it cook until the vermicelli is soft.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
