Vermicelli Kheer With Soy Milk Recipe

1.0 Cup(208.0 ml) Soy Milk
1/2 Cup(69.0 gm) Wheat Vermicelli
2.0 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Sugar
5.0 Number(4.0 gm) Raisin
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(11.0 gm) Almond
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Cashewnut
0.13 Powder Tsp(0.25 gm) Green Elaichi
2.0 Tsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
  • In a pan add 2 tsp ghee, 1/2 cup wheat vermicelli, roast a little

  • Add 1 cup soy milk, cover and cook it.

  • Let it simmer

  • Add 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp chopped almonds, 1 tbsp chopped cashewnuts, 5 raisins and mix it well

  • Add 1/8th tsp green elaichi powder & mix well.

  • Serve it hot
