- Step 1 In a pan add 2 tsp ghee, 1/2 cup wheat vermicelli and roast until light brown.
- Step 2 Pour 1 cup soy milk.
- Step 3 Cover and cook it over low heat.
- Step 4 Add 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp chopped almonds, 1 tbsp chopped cashewnuts, 5 raisins and mix it well
- Step 5 Flavor it with 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding pumpkin seeds.
- Step 7 Serve warm.
