Steps
- Step 1
Soak 2 tbsp red rice and 2 tsp urad dal for 2 hours in required water and grind till smooth. Keep it overnight to ferment, Adding 1/8 tsp salt and mix.
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp grated green zucchini to the batter.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 4
Mix the batter well.
- Step 5
Grease idli mold with 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 6
Pour batter into it.
- Step 7
Cover and steam till cooked.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
