  • Add 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp grated zucchini to the batter.

  • Mix the batter well

  • Grease Idli Mold with 1/2 tsp Oil

  • Pour Batter into it

  • Cover and Steam till Cooked

  • Serve Hot
