- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste and saute.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped violet cabbage and saute
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 4 Season with 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, salt for taste and mix
- Step 5 Add 1 tsp alsi powder, mix well and turn off the flame and let it cool
- Step 6 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp of each oats flour, maida, 1/2 tsp oil, pinch of salt and mix well
- Step 7 Knead into a soft dough using warm water as required and let it rest
- Step 8 Divide the dough into equal parts, roll each into round shape
- Step 9 Add a spoonful of filling, fold and seal from all sides.
- Step 10 Heat a steamer with water, grease it with oil, place the momos at equal distance.
- Step 11 Cover and steam until soft and translucent
- Step 12 Serve with chilli garlic dip or schezwan chutney
