For Egg Mixture
- Step 1 In a bowl break 2 eggs, add 1 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk,1/8 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and beat well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.

For Frittata
- Step 1 In a heated pan add 1 tsp butter,1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1 tbsp chopped onion saute it well.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum,1 tbsp chopped red capsicum,1/8 cup diced mushroom,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/4 tsp chili flakes and mix all ingredients. Spread the veggie mix evenly in the pan.
- Step 3 Pour egg mixture slowly over it and garnish with 1 tbsp grated cheese.
- Step 4 Cover with a lid and cook the frittata on a low heat.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
