1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Sweet Corn
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) French Beans
1 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Carrot
1/8 Tsp(0.3 gm) Jeera
1/4 Tsp(0.5 gm) Curry Powder
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Cup(36.0 ml) Coconut Milk
  • Heat 1 tsp coconut oil, add 1/8 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped french beans, 1 tbsp sweet corn, 1/10th tsp salt, 1/10th tsp black pepper powder and saute well.

  • Add 1/4th cup coconut milk, water and 1/8th tsp curry powder.

  • Simmer the soup on low flame, turn off the flame, transfer to a serving bowl.

  • Serve warm.
