- Step 1 In a pan, add water, 1/8 cup diced potato, 3 florets of cauliflower, 2 tbsp chopped French beans, 1/8 cup diced carrot, 1/8 cup diced onion, 1 tsp chopped garlic, and 1 tsp chopped ginger. Now, put a lid on the pan and let it cook.
- Step 2 In a separate pan, heat 1 tsp oil, place the marinated fish slices, and
- Step 3 shallow fry them on both sides. Set aside.
- Step 4 In another pan, heat 1 tsp butter, add 3 black peppercorns, 1/2 stick of cinnamon, 1 clove, and 1 green elaichi, and sauté.
- Step 5 Add 1/4 cup diced tomato, the cooked vegetables along with the water, 1/4
- Step 6 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper powder. Add the shallowfried fish and mix well.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 8 Serve hot.
