  • For Mint Chutney

    In a blender jar, add 1 tbsp chopped pudina, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli and 1/4th tsp salt.

  • Blend it well till smooth.

  • For Cheela

    In a mixing bowl, add 2 tsp ragi flour, 2 tsp jowar flour, 2 tsp suji, 2 tsp bajra flour and give it a mix.

  • Now add 2 tsp grated cauliflower, 2 tsp chopped capsicum, 2 tsp grated carrot, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1/4th tsp salt and a little water.

  • Mix well.

  • In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.

  • Pour batter, allow to cook.

  • Flip and cook on both sides until both sides are well done.

  • Serve a hot healthy mix flour vegetable cheela with mint chutney.
