- Step 1 In a mixer jar, add 1 tbsp chopped pudina, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli,1/4 tsp salt and water as required.
- Step 2 Blend until smooth and set aside.
- Step 3 In a bowl, add 2 tsp ragi flour, 2 tsp jowar flour, 2 tsp suji, 2 tsp bajra flour and give it a mix.
- Step 4 Add 2 tsp grated cauliflower, 2 tsp chopped capsicum, 2 tsp grated carrot, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp salt and little water.
- Step 5 Mix well.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 7 Heat a pan, add 1 tsp oil, pour a ladle of batter and spread it evenly
- Step 8 Flip and cook on both sides until golden brown
- Step 9 Serve hot with mint chutney.
