- Step 1 Heat a kadhai, add 1 tbsp oil, 1/8 tsp rai, allow it to crackle.
- Step 2 Add kadi patta, 1 tsp urad dal and saute until light brown.
- Step 3 Add 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp peas, 1/2 tsp green chilli, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 cup rice sevai and mix well
- Step 4 Pour in little water, cover the pan and cook until water is absorbed
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 6 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
