This recipe is a mild stew that is delicately spiced with green chillies, flavored with curry leaves, vegetables and coconut.
Heat kadhai on low flame & add 1 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp jeera & allow it crackle.
Then add 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli, 7 no. kadi patta & saute well.
Then add 4 tsp chopped onion, 4 tsp chopped carrot, 1 tsp peas, 1 tbsp chopped cauliflower, 2 tsp french beans, 1/4th tsp chopped ginger, saute well.
Add water & let it simmer.
Then add 1/8th tsp salt & cook for 5 minutes.
Add 1 tbsp boiled chopped potato, 3 tbsp coconut milk, kasuri methi (Nutritional Twist).
Cook well & serve with rice.
