For Vegetable Mixture
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1 tsp oil add 3 tbsp chopped onion,1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/8 cup chopped capsicum,1/8 cup chopped carrot,1/8 cup chopped broccoli and saute it well.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp tomato ketchup,1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce, 1/8 tsp salt,1/4 tsp black pepper powder, water as required, mix and simmer it well till the veggies are cooked.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding paneer.

For Batter
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/4 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp brown sugar,3/4 tsp baking powder,1/4 egg,1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Milk,1/2 tsp oil and mix it well.
- Step 2 In a ceramic bowl add vegetable mixture and spread it evenly,1/8 cup grated mozzarella cheese, and cover with a prepared batter.
- Step 3 Bake at 200 degrees celsius for 2025 minutes and serve hot.
