For Vegetable Mixture
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil add 1 tbsp chopped onion,1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/8th cup chopped capsicum,1/8th cup chopped carrot,1/8th cup chopped broccoli and saute it well.
Add 1 tbsp tomato ketchup,1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce,1/8th tsp salt,1/4th tsp black pepper powder, water as required, mix and simmer it well.
In a mixing bowl add 1/8th cup whole wheat flour,1/8th tsp salt,3/4th tsp baking powder,1/4th number egg,1/8th cup Nestlé A+ Milk,1/2 tsp oil and mix it well.
In a ceramic bowl add vegetable mixture,1/8th cup grated mozzarella cheese, and cover with a prepared batter.
Bake at 200 degrees celsius for 2025 minutes and serve hot.
