- Step 1 In a bowl add 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp chopped cucumber, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped radish, 2 tbsp chopped radish leaves, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/8 cup cabbage, 1 tbsp chopped beetroot, 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and 1/2 tbsp chopped mint leaves.
- Step 2 For crunch add 1 tsp chopped badam, 1 tsp chopped kaju, 2 tsp chopped walnuts, 1 tsp chopped pista and 1/2 tsp sunflower seeds.
- Step 3 Season with 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 5 Give it a nice toss and serve fresh.
