Vegetable Salad With Nuts Recipe

Its a very refreshing salad as multiple vegetables with nuts making this salad full of vitamins and good fats and can be anybody's choice also. This salad is very easy to prepare.

  • In a salad bowl add 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp chopped cucumber, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped radish, 2 tbsp chopped radish leaves, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/8th cup cabbage, 1 tbsp chopped beetroot, 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and 1/2 tbsp chopped mint leaves.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped badam, 1 tsp chopped kaju, 2 tsp chopped walnuts, 1 tsp chopped Pista, 1/2 tsp sunflower seeds, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice

  • Give it a nice toss and serve.
