1/4 Boiled Mashed Cup(33.0 gm) Potato
1/2 Chopped Tbsp(2.0 gm) Cabbage
2 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil
1 Tbsp(4.0 gm) Carrot
1 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Capsicum
1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Spring Onion
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/2 Chopped Tsp(0.46 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/4 Cup(46.0 gm) Sabudana
In a mixing bowl, add soaked sabudana, mashed potato, 1 tsp grated carrot, 1 tsp chopped capsicum,1 tsp chopped cabbage, 1 tsp chopped spring onion, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp jeera, and 1/2 salt.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Add 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix again.
Roll the mixture into balls and press gently.
In a kadhai, heat oil for frying.
Fry the patties till they turn golden brown.
Serve hot with mint chutney
