For Noodles
- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, 1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 cup chopped spring onion and saute till golden brown.
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp chopped broccoli, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, and stir fry until vegetables are semi cooked.
- Step 3 Add 2 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
- Step 4 Add cooked rice noodles and toss well.

For Manchurian
- Step 1 Coat 1/2 cup baby corn slices with 1/2 tbsp corn flour, 1/2 tbsp maida. Deep fry till golden brown.
- Step 2 In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil,1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/8 cup diced onion,1/8 cup chopped spring onion, and saute till golden brown.
- Step 3 Add 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8 black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp salt and saute.
- Step 4 Add Manchurian, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1/8 cup chopped spring onion, corn flour slurry and
- Step 5 mix well.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 7 Serve hot with vegetable noodles
