As Required(200.0 ml) Water
  • Take a kadhai and heat 2 tbsp oil in it.

  • Add 2 bay leaves, 4 cloves, 4 black pepper, 1/2 tsp jeera, 4 green elaichi, 1/2 tsp chopped red chilli and saute well.

  • Once mixed, add 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp chopped onions, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp boiled peas, 2 tbsp chopped french beans, 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp chopped cauliflower, 1/4 tsp salt and saute well.

  • Cover and allow to cook.

  • When the vegetables are cooked, add cooked rice.

  • Cover and cook again.

  • Serve hot.
