This vegetable ragi uttapam has fiber, protein and is rich in Calcium. Served with garlic chutney its a perfect breakfast option.

For the garlic chutney
In a frying pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, 3 garlic, 1 red chilly,. 1 tsp chana dal, saute it well.
In a mixie, add 1 tbsp dry coconut, the above mixture, 1/8 tsp salt, blend it with water and make a paste.
For the uttapam
In a mixing bowl, add batter, 2 tsp ragi, 1/2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/8 tsp salt
Mix them well.
In a frying pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, pour and spread the batter.
Cover & cook the uttapam.
Flip the uttapam and cook it on the other side.
Serve it hot with chutney.
