For Garlic Chutney
- Step 1 In a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, 3 garlic pods, 1 dry red chilli, 1 tsp chana dal and saute it well.
- Step 2 In a blender, add 1 tbsp grated dry coconut, prepared mixture, 1/8 tsp salt, blend it with water and make a smooth paste.

For Uttapam
- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, add batter, 2 tsp ragi flour, 1/2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/8 tsp salt. Mix well.
- Step 2 In a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, pour and spread the batter.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 4 Cover and cook the uttapam.
- Step 5 Flip the uttapam and cook it on the other side.
- Step 6 Serve it hot with garlic chutney.
