Vegetable Ragi Kadhi is a nutritious and delicious recipe made with calcium rich ragi flour, and high in protein making this recipe a perfect dish. This is super nutritious kadhi for children.
In a pan add 1 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4th tsp methi seeds, 4 no. kadi patta, 1/4th tsp hing and saute well.
Add 2 tbsp chopped onion 1 tbsp chopped french beans, 1 tbsp peas, 1 tbsp chopped cauliflower, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
Add 1.5 tbsp ragi, 1/4th cup curd, water and mix well and let it simmer.
Add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
