- Step 1 In a bowl, add 3 tbsp besan, 4 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and pour in some water
- Step 2 Mix together until smooth and set aside.
- Step 3 Heat a pan with 3/4 tbsp ghee, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, kadi patta, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp hing and saute
- Step 4 Add the besan mixture and pour in little water to adjust the consistency
- Step 5 Cover the pan and cook until all flavors combine well and set aside
- Step 6 Next, heat another pan with 1 tbsp oil, add 2 bay leaves, 4 cloves, 4 black peppercorns,1/2 tsp jeera , 4 green elaichi and saute
- Step 7 Add 1/2 tsp chopped red chilli, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic and mix well
- Step 8 Add 2 tbsp boiled green peas, 2 tbsp chopped french beans, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, and 1 tbsp chopped cauliflower and cook for a minute
- Step 9 Add 1/4 tsp salt for taste and add cooked rice.
- Step 10 Give it Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 11 Mix everything well and cook for a minute until all flavors combine well.
- Step 12 Serve hot with kadhi.
