- Step 1
Heat a kadhai with 2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 3 kadi patta, 1 tbsp groundnut, 1/4 tsp hing, 1 tsp chopped onions, 1 tsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp boiled peas, 2 tsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped french beans, 1/8 tsp haldi and sauté.
- Step 2
Once the vegetables start to soften, add 1/4 tsp salt and soaked poha.
- Step 3
Mix all the ingredients well and cook it for a minute.
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 5
Serve hot.
