Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add boiled beetroot, carrot, potato and mash together
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp oats flour, 1.5 tbsp peanut powder, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp each of jeera powder and salt.
- Step 3
Add 1 tsp lemon juice and combine all ingredients.
- Step 4
Divide into equal parts and shape into even sized round cutlets.
- Step 5
Heat a pan with 1.5 tsp oil, place the cutlets and roast until crisp and golden brown
- Step 6
Serve hot.
