- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a kadai on a low flame and add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic and sauté.
- Step 2 Once the onions start turning translucent, add 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped carrot,1 tbsp chopped french beans. 2 tbsp fresh peas, cooked vatana and saute for a minute.
- Step 3 Then, add water as required, stir well.
- Step 4 Once the soup starts simmering, add 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp mixed herbs, and mix properly.
- Step 5 Pour the soup in a blender and blend till smooth.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
