- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tbsp butter, add 1 tbsp maida, and roast until light brown.
- Step 2 Pour 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and whisk until smooth.
- Step 3 Add salt for taste, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum and mix well.
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle twist by adding sweet corn
- Step 5 Add little water to adjust the consistency
- Step 6 Add cooked pasta and season with 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs, 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes and mix well
- Step 7 Add 1.5 tbsp grated cheese and cook until it melts over low flame
- Step 8 Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped parsley.
- Step 9 Serve warm with garlic bread
