1.0 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
2.0 Grated Tsp(6.0 gm) Beet Root
2.0 Chopped Tsp(5.0 gm) Carrot
2.0 Chopped Tsp(8.0 gm) Cucumber
2.0 Chopped Tsp(6.0 gm) Tomato
2.0 Chopped Tsp(5.0 gm) Onion
1/4 Tsp(0.48 gm) Chaat Masala
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter
  • In a bowl, add crumbled paneer, 2 tsp grated carrot, 2 tsp chopped tomato, 2 tsp chopped onion, 2 tsp grated beet root, 2 tsp chopped cucumber, 3 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp chaat masala, mix everything well.

  • Apply 2 tsp butter on bread slices.

  • Add the mixture in bread slice and cover with the other slice.

  • Serve with chutney or ketchup.
