Vegetable and paneer sandwich is packed with both micro nutrients it provides you with the goodness of protein, calcium, complex carbs, vitamins and minerals.
In a bowl, add crumbled paneer, 2 tsp grated carrot, 2 tsp chopped tomato, 2 tsp chopped onion, 2 tsp grated beet root, 2 tsp chopped cucumber, 3 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp chaat masala, mix everything well.
Apply 2 tsp butter on bread slices.
Add the mixture in bread slice and cover with the other slice.
Serve with chutney or ketchup.
