In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil.
Add 1 tsp chopped onion and saute till it turns golden brown.
Add 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th cumin powder, water, 1 tsp chopped tomato and mix well.

In a mixing bowl, add 1.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp corn flour, 1/8th tsp salt and water.
Mix and make a dough.
Roll out the dough on a rolling pin.
Take a tava and roast the chapatti on both the sides.
Place the chapatti and apply 1 tbsp mayonnaise.
Add the paneer mixture and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Roll and serve hot.
