  • In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped onion and saute till it turns golden brown.

  • Add 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th cumin powder, water, 1 tsp chopped tomato and mix well.

  • Then add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th cup grated paneer and mix wel

  • In a mixing bowl, add 1.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp corn flour, 1/8th tsp salt and water.

  • Mix and make a dough.

  • Roll out the dough on a rolling pin.

  • Take a tava and roast the chapatti on both the sides.

  • Place the chapatti and apply 1 tbsp mayonnaise.

  • Add the paneer mixture and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Roll and serve hot.
