Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 3 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tsp gingergarlic paste, 1.5 tbsp grated carrot and saute
- Step 2
Season with 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 3
Add 1/3 cup paneer cubes, and mix everything
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 5
Cook for a minute and set aside
- Step 6
Take a roti, apply 1 tsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp tomato ketchup evenly
- Step 7
Place the stuffing in the center and roll it gently.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
