  • Prepreparation

    To make the roti take a mixing bowl add 1/8th cup wheat flour.

  • Adding a little water knead it into a soft dough and keep aside.

  • Take the kneaded dough, roll it in balls, lightly coat it with wheat flour and flatten them to make a circular paratha shape using a rolling pin.

  • Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the roti on it.

  • Allowing it to cook, make sure both sides are browned well. Once done keep aside.

  • Preparation

    To make the stuffing, heat 2 tsp oil in a frying pan, add 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1.5 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp grated carrot, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp salt and 1/4 cup cubed paneer.

  • Sauté properly and keep aside.

  • Take the previously made roti, spread 1.5 tsp mayonnaise and 2 tsp tomato ketchup evenly across the roti.

  • Place the stuffing in the centre and spread it in such a manner that the roti can be rolled.

  • Serve fresh and hot.
