Vegetable Oats Uttappam is a healthy twist to our favourite uttapams, and adds a significant amount of fiber and protein to our diet. It is just as delectable as our regular uttapams. It tastes best when served with coconut chutney.

In a bowl add 1 tbsp oats flour, 1 tbsp suji, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/8th tsp baking powder and 1/8th tsp salt.
Add water as required to make a smooth mixture.
Allow it to rest.
In a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil.
Spread the batter evenly.
Sprinkle 1/2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tbsp chopped tomato and 1/2 tbsp chopped capsicum.
Cover and cook until both sides turn light brown.
For chutney
In a blender jar add 1.5 tbsp dry coconut, add 1 tbsp chana dal, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp chopped ginger, 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli.
Blend until smooth.
Serve uttapam with chutney.
