Vegetable Oats Porridge Recipe

This whole oat porridge recipe is a healthy way to start the day! A savoury and wholesome dish, served mostly for breakfast, that packs instant energy into the diet.

1 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
150 Ml(150.0 ml) Water
2 Chopped Tbsp(25.0 gm) Tomato
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) French Beans
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
2 Chopped Tbsp(16.0 gm) Onion
1 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Carrot
3 Tbsp(25.0 gm) Oats
  • In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil, 2 tbsp chopped onion and 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute well.

  • Now, add 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped french beans and mix well.

  • Add 3 tbsp oats, 1/4th tsp salt and water.

  • Mix well and let it cook.

  • Now, add 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves to garnish.

  • Serve hot.
