1 Grated Tbsp(2.0 gm) Broccoli
1 Grated Tsp(3.0 gm) Beet Root
1 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Capsicum
1 Grated Tsp(4.0 gm) Carrot
30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
2 Tsp(7.0 gm) Suji
2 Flour Tbsp(12.0 gm) Oats
  • In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp oats flour, 1 tsp grated broccoli, 1 tsp grated carrot, 1 tsp grated beetroot, 1 tsp chopped capsicum, 2 tsp suji,1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp salt and water and mix well and keep aside.

  • In a heated pan add 1 tsp oil, spread the prepared pancake mixture and allow to cook.

  • Flip and cook until both sides are light brown in colour and well cooked.
