- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp oats, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp grated cucumber, 1/8 tsp grated ginger, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 2 Heat a pan, add 1/2 tsp coconut oil, 1/8 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp black urad dal, 2 tsp chopped onion, kadi patta, 1/8 tsp hing and saute
- Step 3 Add the tempering to the oats Nestlé A+ Curd mixture.
- Step 4 Add pomegranate seeds and chopped pudina
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chia seeds
- Step 6 Serve chilled
