Vegetable Noodles With Manchurian Recipe

Vegetable Noodles has variety of vegetables in it and provides various nutrients. It can be relished with Manchurian made of cabbage, rich in Vitamin C and K.

  • For Manchruian

    In a bowl, add 1/2 cup grated cabbage, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala,1/4th tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp maida, 2 tbsp corn flour and mix everything well.

  • Make small manchurian balls

  • Heat oil for frying and deep fry manchurian till it turns golden brown.

  • For Sauce

    Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp green chilly paste and saute till brown.

  • Now add 1/2 tsp soya sauce,1 tbsp red chilly sauce, 1/4th tsp salt and Manchurian balls.

  • Add Water, corn flour slurry,1/4th cup chopped spring onion and mix.

  • For Noodles

    Heat 1.5 tsp oil in a kadai, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown.

  • Add 1/8th cup julienne carrot, 1/8th cup julienne capsicum green, 3 chopped broccoli florets, 1/2 cup chopped spring onion

  • and stir fry.

  • Now add 1/8th tsp salt, 1 tsp vinegar, boiled noodles and mix properly.

  • Add 1/4th tsp black pepper.

  • Serve hot with Manchurian.
